This is a joke for Doctor Who fans and Les Miserables fans. For those who don't know, it is based on the lyrics to "Do You Here The People Sing?" from Les Miserables and a plot point from the Dr. Who episode "The End of Time". The joke is that the Master's heart echoes the drums of the Time Lords.
So yeah. That's about it.

The Master and all other things Doctor Who are the property of BBC. Les Miserables belongs to Victor Hugo, though I believe the lyrics are property of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg.

OH MY GOSH I just found out that there is a 1998 Les Miserables film starring Liam Neeson, Geoffrey Rush, Uma Thurman and Clare Danes!! I must see it!
